Administration Services

GFA TRUST offers a full package of corporate administration services, in order to ensure, inter alia, that the company is fully compliant with all the statutory obligations, as imposed, by the jurisdiction of the clients’ choice and to adequately fulfil the ongoing need of full compliance with rules and regulations imposed by various authorities of the corporation’s domicile. In addition we assist in the acquirement of any license necessary in order for the company to perform its business activity (e.g.: investment services, portfolio management, etc)
